A few recent high spots from my favorite fashion-photo site, Jak & Jil. I definitely spend a lot less time keeping up with various virtual manifestations of the international fashion scene than I did before the birth of Mabel Watson Payne. She has displaced many of my previously settled habits and attitudes to some extent, a change I entirely endorse. But she is off on vacation with her parents before I will have a chance to see her again, and will then be away for two weeks. So I will probably find myself cultivating neglected interests other than her, faute de mieux.
