The print is called
My Folklore by Lecien from
PurlSoho.
My daughter and I adapted a pattern we bought at
The Curiosity Shoppe on Valencia.
Almost always I make a muslin mock-up before cutting into the actual fabric. The transition from the two-dimensional paper pattern to the three-dimensional garment does not take place with any ease inside my brain.
In this case I actually made THREE mock-ups. And worth the effort, in the end, when The Tunic (as we are calling it) finally did consent to come together.
