Every morning when I come out a little before 6:00 to catch MUNI, delivery trucks are lined up along 18th Street provisioning a string of high-end food purveyors on the block between Guerrero and Dolores. On this particular morning when I looked above the trucks and street lights at the western sky I caught sight of a full moon just setting into a fog bank above San Francisco. Half-asleep, I took some blurry photos and they later served as evidence that I had not dreamed the scene.
