There is a spooky & wonderful waxwork quality to these first two stills from the 1988 Dangerous Liaisons movie. I saw if for the second time recently and was stunned to register that I had first seen it more than 20 years ago. Stephen Frears and his cast of Hollywood stars did an everlastingly beautiful thing here.
