MWP in DVF
A couple of weeks ago I had the enviable privilege of getting Mabel Watson Payne a new spring dress ( and in size 2T for the first time, because she is such a "tall baby" as she will tell you if you ask). Her mother spotted it at Baby Gap from the new line designed for them this season by the venerable Diane von Furstenberg. Clean lines, clear colors. Scale of print effectively animates the silhouette.
It has a smooth finish on the outside but is soft on the inside and will be a useful hot-weather garment later in the year when the present underlayers will no longer be needed.
