Harvey Milk – or I should say the new Harvey Milk – spotted in the Castro today graphically transformed in the aftermath of Sean Penn's sexy film martyrology. Thanks to Sean (and his stylists) the dweebish, real-life Harvey suddenly qualifies as a full-on revolutionary-macho T-shirt icon – posthumous twin of the intensely homophobic Che Guevara. Strange bedfellows.
