It seems likely that whoever put this splendid polemic together also donated the effort to Amnesty International (who are distributing the message) but I have not discovered the designer's identity, much as I would like to give credit. I don't actually think the message – no matter how gorgeous the format – will create hearts where there are none among politicians and bureaucrats, yet I do still like to see their phony all-purpose happy-face news-conference rhetoric shamed so effectively.
