Zer0 Books printed this center-justified manifesto inside a new paperback called The End of Oulipo? (which concluded, of course, that Oulipo will never end). It is rare to see a manifesto nowadays, and refreshing. There seem to be short periods of large-scale manifesto-making, and then long fallow periods (such as the present) of none or few.
