Recreational Reading
The books on my daugher and son-in-law's shelves are arranged in alphabetical order by author, which sounds simple until you understand that there are several separate alphabetical arrangements which wind from room to room and also interpenetrate each other depending on whether the books are shelved horizontally or in the occasional vertical stack. What appears to me to be complication past the point of confusion is in fact order. But whether or not it is order or confusion I browse along as if at random, thankful that I am not looking for anything specific.
